After I finished Global Forum 2017, I took the train to Saint-Malo immediately. When I arrived, it was dusk. I knew this place from the websites of Chinese bloggers, but I didn’t plan to visit its place until Martine Olivier told me so. Because it was her hometown, and she loves Saint-Malo so much, I took two days to stay here to walk around the harbor city of the pirates.
I took two hours train from Brussels-Midi station to Paris Nord station, and moved to Paris Montparnasse station to take another two hours train this small town. I lived here for a night, visited the monument on second day, and shifted to Mont. Saint-Michel afternoon. It is very close to Mont. Saint-Michel, about less than one hour by the train, but you have to switch between two trains.
Actually, it is a nice place, but I was chilled by the wind in the winter. I still wondering how I survived under this extreme cold condition with one jacket and one shirt, even it was snowing at Neuschwanstein. Anyway, I was safely to return back from this unforgettable trip.
It has lots of shallows. When the tide was removed, some path under the sea was revealing out. Thus, people can walk across the road to reach the island outside the beach. Still, it was winter, some facilities were closed, same as elsewhere in Paris and France.
Since less tourists, French maintained and constructed monuments during winter and spring.
Well, if you have plenty time, it is fine to visit this small town, quiet and nice, but if you are in the busy tour, it is also no problem to skip it. Just be sure don’t miss Mont. Saint-Michel.
我這次去GS1全球會員大會開會時，因為專案的關係，我需要開會到最後一刻鐘，也就是星期五的下午，盡心盡力開到最後一刻。我這個人是工作時，用盡心力工作，玩的時候，也會極度專心地去玩。在開完會後，我去了法國合作伙伴的老家，聖馬洛，這也是傳說中的海盜之城。
0387-0401 先從布魯塞爾的南站，也就是Midi站，坐火車到巴黎北站。接著再從巴黎北站坐地鐵到巴黎蒙帕拿斯站，再從這個車站，坐火車到聖馬洛站。整個過程非常冗長，大約花了四小時車程時間。不過一見到這小城，一切都值得了。這邊旅館很便宜，一晚才兩千五台幣，比去墾丁便宜多了。
在火車站搭1或2或3號巴士，都可以到聖馬洛。當然用走的也可以，但一公里在寒風中走路，我寧願搭車。忘了多少錢，總之很便宜就是了。因公車總站就是古城，絕不會錯過的。
古城有道城門，走進去就是聖馬洛市。
裡面就是一個小城，很快就走完了，大概一小時時間吧。裡面也有旅館，我因為想住在火車站附近，所以就沒住城裡了。我的伙伴有跟我說哪家餐廳好吃，但因盤纏不夠，所以還是回旅館吃泡麵好了。
這因為是古戰場，所以有砲臺古蹟。
這是一個離島，有趣的是，早晚漲潮會將路淹沒，但中午會退潮，可以登上小島，往回看聖馬洛古城壯觀的城牆。
這是另一個城外的堡壘，因冬天，所以關起來了，夏天是開放的，要買門票進去。從這邊往回看聖馬洛古城牆，也是非常壯觀。
最後再花點時間走一走，再繞一圈後，就回到火車站，搭車去作夢都想去的聖米歇爾堡。
